How a lead reaches you

A seller opts in, you set the suburbs you cover, and Guru does the matching. You only spend a credit on the ones worth the call.

Register the suburbs you serve

Set your farm area on your agent profile once, and every new lead is matched against it automatically. No trawling the whole country for the odd match.

Anonymised until you unlock

Property type, bedrooms and bathrooms, a banded estimate, the seller's timeline and how long ago they opted in, but no name, phone or address until you spend a credit.

Pay only for the leads you take

A credit reveals one lead's name, phone, email and address. No monthly seat fee and no plan gate: any subscriber can unlock a lead out of their normal allowance.

Non-exclusive, by design

More than one agent can unlock the same lead. Being second to spot it costs you nothing extra; it just means you are not the only one who can call.

Where do these leads come from?

From owners who ran a Guru Home Valuation and chose, on their own report, to opt in to be found by an agent. We never sell or scrape contact details from anywhere else.

What do I see before I unlock a lead?

The property type, bedrooms and bathrooms, a banded value estimate, the seller's stated timeline and how long ago they opted in. No name, phone number, email or address until you unlock it.

What happens when I unlock a lead?

30 credits are charged once, and the name, phone, email and address move to your Unlocked list. Unlocking never removes the lead from other agents' open lists.

Can another agent unlock the same seller?

Yes. Agent Leads is deliberately non-exclusive: several agents may unlock and contact the same seller, the way a seller might get quotes from more than one agent anyway.

Can a seller withdraw?

Yes, at any time, from their own report. Their home disappears from every agent's open list straight away. Agents who had already unlocked it keep the details they were given, but no one can unlock it fresh after that.

Any of them. Agent Leads isn't tied to a plan tier: set up your agent profile on Starter and up, and unlock leads out of your normal credit allowance whenever one matches your suburbs.
